Prince 3121 Las Vegas Concert Film Coming December

If you are a Prince fan, this might be what you would consider to be something very cool for any fan.

THERE ARE A FEW ARTISTS THAT HAVE PASSED THAT HAVE HOLOGRAMS

Recently, there have been so many artists that have passed away and the here come the avatars. It's so weird. I am not, in any way, interested in going to a "concert" done by some singer who has passed away and now there is a hologram. Why would anyone pay to see something like that? It's different when you are referring some a duet that is done by someone who is alive along with someone who has since passed. That would be something like what Natalie Cole did with her father, Nat King Cole. That's not so bad. But a whole concert with a hologram??? Hard pass.

PRINCE DID SOMETHING VERY SMART BEFORE HE PASSED AWAY

Prince, before he passed, had the smart sense to put into his will that he NEVER wants to ever have his likeness made into an avatar. And, isn't it a bit weird that now people have to put clauses in their will specifying that issue?

Anyway, this is not a hologram. This release is from Prince's residency that he did in Las Vegas back in 2007. Almost a decade before he died, unexpectedly.

The movie is called Prince: 3121 Las Vegas Concert and is being put on by Prince's estate and also NPG Records.

HERE ARE SOME KEY DETAILS REGARDING THE CONCERT FILM RELEASE

Release Date: December 3, 2026. This will be a limited theatre run. No word on exactly which theatres they would be in, however, money would be on it being in several theatres around Minnesota.
