If you haven't heard nor have you participated in this event - let's change that this year. It's so fun. There is wine, beer, food and entertainment. What more could you ask for?

IT'S A FUNDRAISER WITH GREAT FOOD, WINE AND CRAFT BEER

Promenade - The Premiere Wine and Craft Beer Tasting Event is a fundraiser for the YMCA. Each year there is a theme. And this year, it's Under the Big Top. Think circus or carnival. They can say it even better:

Ladies and gentlemen, step right up for an unforgettable evening Under the Big Top at the 2026 Promenade! Experience the wonder and excitement of the circus with a night full of whimsical delights, vibrant energy, and meaningful community impact.

THE EVENT IS A LITTLE EARLIER THAN IN PAST YEARS

The event is scheduled for Thursday, October 1st at Harvester Square Event Center which is located above the Iron Street Distillery which is on East St. Germain. Tickets are on sale now, and there is early bird pricing, but that ends soon. You need to act fast to get those prices. The early bird pricing ends on Labor Day, September 7th.

YMCA Member: $75 Single | $140 Pair

Non-Member: $90 Single | $170 Pair

After this coming Monday, which is Labor Day, the pricing does go up.

YMCA Member: $85 Single | $160 Pair

Non-Member: $100 Single | $190 Pair

The pricing is so worth it. I have been to this event a few times, and it never disappoints. Plus, the proceeds go to a great cause.

Since its inception, Promenade has raised more than $1 million in support of the YMCA’s mission. Because of this support, no one is turned away at the Y due to an inability to pay. When you sponsor or attend, you help make life-changing programs accessible to all and strengthen the well-being of our entire community.

There are also some sponsorship opportunities available. They do have those opportunities at several different levels. So if you are interested in a sponsorship, there is probably a level that would work for you. You can check their website for those levels, what is expected and what you would get in return.
