Dear Baxter, How Can I Get My Boyfriend to Stop Constantly Gawking at Women?

Dear Baxter,

I can't believe I'm writing to you for advice but I don't know what else to do. Seems I can't go out anywhere with my boyfriend without him gawking at just about every woman around. People have always told me I'm extremely attractive, so I just don't understand why he does this. I have not confronted him about this because I don't want to seem insecure and jealous. What can I do?
