Dear Baxter, I Think My Wife is Expecting a Sports Car for Christmas. WTF?

Dear Baxter

Lately my wife has been hinting around about wanting a sports car for Christmas. She says things like "Gee, something shiny that goes zero to 200 in 5 seconds would be great Christmas present"  Don't get me wrong, I love my wife to death and would love to make her wish come true, Honestly, she has put on some weight the last few years, about 80 pounds, and would look ridiculous in a sports car. Also, I really can't afford to buy another car right now. What should I do?

There's an old story about the wife that asked her husband for something shiny that went from zero to 200 in 5 seconds and he went to Target and bought her a scale. Needless to say, he's no longer with us. Tell you wife you are putting her wish on a "Dream List" and in time perhaps,her wish will fade.  Hope this helps.
