Dee Snider is Doing Broadway

A Broadway album that is. The Twisted Sister singer is set to release 'Dee Does Broadway' on May 8th. The new album will be a compilation of Broadway show tunes and feature duets with Cyndi Lauper and Clay Aiken.

I understand this might sound a little crazy, but take a minute and let it sink in...who doesn't love show tunes?! Yes, I'm serious - on the record you will find songs from musicals like Guys & Dolls, Damn Yankees, Chicago, Sweeney Todd, and South Pacific. Hmm I wonder if I can pre-order this...

When Dee was asked about the project he said "Ever since I was a kid, I'd heard the real power inherent in a lot of songs from musicals and this record gives me the chance to show it."
