Do You Hate Your Boss?

Just for the record, I love my boss. I say this because he does a great job at being the best boss in the whole wide world and, well, he reads my posts.

Surprisingly enough, 80% of people say they are happy with their boss. Only 1 in 5 are not thrilled with their leader.

49% of workers would describe there boss as a good leader. Slightly less, 37% say the boss is a good mentor. A third think of their boss as a friend. About 16% of people think their boss is incompetent.

People happiest with their bosses live in these cities, Indianapolis, Salt lake City, L.A,, Chicago and Miami.  i'm sure St Cloud is in there somewhere. (wink, wink)

Cities in the US where people like their boss the least are, Boston, Phoenix, D.C.,Cincinnati and Detroit.
