Boy, I wear a low cut top and short shorts to work one day and all of sudden it's memo time at work.

All kidding aside in radio, especially in the programming department, there isn't really much of a dress code, per say. You'll see things like pajama pants, sweat pants and of course an occasional Hawaiian shirt. Once I was sick and actually wore my robe and a pair of high top sneakers to my night show in Orlando.

My thinking is that no one except your coworkers see you, so what's the big deal, right? Well, according to the "memo" sometimes we meet with clients and such, therefore we should look semi professional.

So, my million dollar idea is to come out with a semi "professional" clothing line. Something just short of taunting management.

Do you have a dress code at work?  Is it ridiculous? Too strict for your liking?  Interested in seeing your comments on this.
