Dude Has A Blood-Curdling Scream While Getting His First Tattoo

I've got a few tattoo's. Yes, they can be a painful (especially in certain areas) but I've never screamed like this guy did. It doesn't look like the woman holding his hand is helping much. Some people don't realize what they're getting into when they decide to get a tattoo. I just want to know if he let the artist finish it.
