Gregg Allman is cutting short his first ever tour of Australia after breaking his wrist.

Gregg Allman is apologizing to fans down under after being forced to cut short his first ever tour there.

The promoter issued a statement on behalf of Gregg saying that Gregg broke his wrist and it has “worsened” unexpectedly. Apparently Gregg is in “severe pain and unable to perform.” Gregg has already left Australia and has returned to the U.S. for treatments. His dates in Sydney and Melbourne were skipped, but not canceled altogether, leaving the door open for a possible return.

This is not the first time Gregg’s health has forced cancelations of shows. Last month, he was forced to end their residency at the Beacon Theater in New York due to bronchitis.
