Well, we have all been stuck inside, for the most part, for a couple of weeks now. And it's going to continue for about the next month.  That is a long time away from the gym.  The weather is getting nicer, so that is a plus, but with the amount of people out walking, running, and just getting some outdoor time, social distancing can get a bit tough.

Most people are going to wind up gaining weight during this quarantine.  But how much weight?  Here is a calculator that puts what your habits are during this time and figures approximately how much weight you will gain.

This can give you some perspective...and maybe you can adjust some things before it gets out of control right before swimsuit season is upon us.  I've heard of the freshman 15, which we were all in tune with first year of college.  And now, along comes the quarantine 15.  And I say NO THANK YOU!  This calculator says I will gain about 6 pounds  I don't even like that idea!
