You may be involved in this recall by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration if you are the owner of one or any of these 6 Ford vehicles manufactured between 2007 and 2012. Once again it seems to be associated with Takata airbags.  There have been problems in the past with this brand of airbags.

"Long-term exposure to high heat and humidity can cause these airbags to explode when deployed. Such explosions have caused injuries and deaths,"  18 deaths have already been reported due to these airbags, according to the NHTSA.

The recall was just recently issued (1/19), so if your vehicle is affected, you will be contacted by the vehicle manufacturer with what you need to do to get the problem resolved.

I recently had to deal with a recall and it's pretty simple.  The manufacturer contacted me, I took my car into the dealer, gave them my VIN# and they fixed it, at no cost to me and I was on my way.
