TV Star Spends Time In Minnesota
Minnesota almost seems like the new Hollywood these days! I don't know if I just never noticed before or there really is a big surge in stars spending time in the Land Of 10,000 Lakes. Even the Duluth area has had some pretty amazing celebrity sightings as of late.
Most recently, Stranger Things star David Harbour was spotted in Minnesota. I guess celebrities really are like us because he flew to the area to see Taylor Swift on her current world tour with his stepdaughter. He didn't share that he was there himself but he was tagged in many pictures from excited fans.
Not only was another Hollywood star spotted in Minnesota, she shared a photo of herself admitting as much! Television star Melissa Peterman shared a photo of herself on Tuesday (July 11th), posing in front of a famous Minneapolis staple.
That spot? The famous First Avenue music venue! There is a bunch of stars painted outside the venue, each one representing a famous musician that played the sacred stage at some point. In the photo, she is leaning against the wall and looking off into the distance.
As you can see in the caption, Minnesota is home to the actress. She calls California home now but it looks like she never forgot where she came from! While you probably recognize her from Reba, she has also starred in a bunch of other hit shows like Baby Daddy, Last Man Standing and Young Sheldon. She is also a comedian and host.
The star is from Edina, which is a few hours from the Twin Ports. She went to high school in Burnsville, Minnesota and went on to attend college here at Minnesota State University in Mankato. How fun that she took the time to come back!
