Because there are so many pets that need to find their forever home at TCHS, you can get the following, but the sale ends at closing time today:

• If you're looking for a dog, you can get any dog 6 months old or older for 50% off.
• If you are looking for a cat (or maybe two), you can get any cat that is 6 months old or older for just $5. Yes...that's not a typo! Five dollars! That means that you can spend a little extra and maybe bring home two cats, because we all know that cats do like companionship when it's the right one.
• If it's a kitten that you've been wanting, look no further than the huge selection that is going on right now. All kittens are still 50% off. The kitten sale may continue depending on what happens, so make sure you take advantage of the deals now.

ALL ANIMALS MUST BE READY TO GO TODAY

All of the animals that you may be considering have to be ready to go; meaning they must already be spayed or neutered and not be a stray on hold to qualify for the sale. The incredible prices are only available through Sunday, September 13th.

If you would like to browse through the many animals and learn about each one that you may consider, just go to Tricountyhumanesociety.org. I always suggest that you pick a few from the website before going to TCHS. Once you get there, you can ask to see specific cats, kittens, dogs, or puppies that you've selected that meet the criteria of your home. It will save you and TCHS a lot of time.

Also, remember that if you don't have all the supplies you need to get your new family member started, don't worry. TCHS has a store in the front lobby, where you can buy pretty much everything you need. Food, toys, litter, and more.

Tri-County Humane Society is located at 735 8th Street NE in St. Cloud and is open until 5 pm.

TCHS regular hours are Monday through Friday Noon to 6 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, Noon to 5 pm.

I'm lucky enough to still have Pnuema, also from TCHS, who is now 8 years old, and little Jeremiah Johnson, also a rescue from my Aunt Marlene, who is now just over 2 years old.
