Journey Reuniting With Steve Perry?

Are you like me thinking that would be the greatest day EVER? Not so fast. 

Guitarist Neil Schon told Artisan News that Journey would be open to an on stage reunion with former lead singer Steve Perry.

Schon says that their current lead singer Arnel Pineda is a very humble human being and he wouldn't object to performing with Steve Perry, and would honestly be "Overjoyed if Steve wanted to walk on stage and perform with us."

Contrary to rumors swirling, there is no bad blood between the old Journey and the new Journey. Perry left the group in the early 1990's and Schon admits that it has been several years since they've spoken, but the door is open if Perry wanted to joining the group for a few shows here and there, but that there will not be a full blown reunion tour.

Journey is currently on tour with Foreigner and Night Ranger in support of their latest record, Eclipse.
