When you are heading to a Vikings game at US Bank Stadium, or if you are there for a concert, there are plenty of choices of things to eat around the entire stadium.  Many vendors that offer almost anything that you could possilby think of.  The problem may come into play if you are someone who does not eat meat.  The choices are much less plentiful.  And if you are actually vegan, the choices are even smaller.

Now, there is a new vendor at US Bank Stadium that will be able to satisfy both vegetarian and vegans.  Or, if you are not eating meat simply because of health reasons, you may be looking for something that is better for you to eat.

The Herivorous Butcher has just announced that they will be available and a new vendor at US Bank Stadium.

From the Twin Cities Eater:

Football fans and concertgoers have a new vegan food option at U.S. Bank Stadium, just in time for Vikings season. The Herbivorous Butcher announced on Instagram September 13 that it’s officially open in Section 108/109, serving a gameday menu of pea protein burgers slathered in creamy Mac sauce from Herbie Butcher’s Fried Chicken, plus vegan bacon brats heaped with grilled peppers and onions. Looks like the stall has a few draft beers on tap, too, and a cooler stocked with canned beverages and soda.

So now, there is that option.  Especially if you are either vegan or you have diet restrictions, now there is something that you can enjoy at either a game or a concert.
