Marketing Genius- Pringles Sippy Cups

Remember the story about the lady that was arrested in the WalMart parking lot because she was riding around on her scooter while drinking wine out of a Pringles can?  Well, some kind of marketing genius took advantage of that little tid-bit and made hay... or sippy cups from the idea.

So- here is the question... if you were caught riding a scooter in the parking lot at WalMart, would they have an issue?  I mean... it isn't exactly a real Pringles can, right?  I mean, this is more organized than the drunken lady on the scooter.. at at least a bit less redneck.
