Mayor Kleis Robocalls St. Cloud Homeowners with a Water Line Freeze Warning [AUDIO]

You may have received it this morning, but not answered it. Around 9:30 this morning some St. Cloud homeowners got a call from the Mayor. Well, kind of. The City of St. Cloud sent out a recorded warning from Mayor Dave Kleis about impending freeze-ups in the water lines that lead to your house.

The problem has become a concern not just in St. Cloud, but all of Central Minnesota, as reports of frozen water lines have been coming in from as far out as Belgrade.
