It's pretty disturbing having to worry about what the hell goes on behind the scenes of your favorite restaurants. I've worked in a few eating establishments in the past and all in all they were pretty good about cleanliness. But of course there were some exceptions.

A Pittsburgh McDonald's employee was recently fired when a guy in the drive thru saw him standing in the kitchen area with both his hands down his pants. By the time the customer got his phone camera ready, the employee only had one hand down his pants. Equally as bad, in my book.

A reporter for WPXI News reached out to McDonald's corporate office for a comment and they gave her the following: “Providing safe, high quality food is a top priority. We have been made of aware of this situation and are investigating internally.”
