Metal After Midnight: Warlock “All We Are”

Warlock formed in Dusseldorf Germany after two other bands combined forces to create one super-group based around super model Doro Pesch.  They rose quite quickly and did tours in America with W.A.S.P., Judas Priest, Megadeth and others.  Doro started to out-grow the band and became more popular than it's members.  She went to the moniker Doro in the early 90's and continued to have success around the world.

She has continued to remain popular and has been referred to as the "Queen Of Metal".  Regardless of what you might think of her and the music, she was very instrumental in  opening a lot of doors for women, especially in Europe.  It's now very common to seen female-fronted Metal bands around the world, and they have Doro Pesch to thank for breaking down barriers.
