Mick Jagger just turned 68 and he says he's not interested in looking his age. So, what is he doing to stay so young? 

The Rolling Stones front man tells the UK Daily Mail he works very hard on staying physically fit. His workouts include kickboxing, eight mile runs, cycling, swimming, yoga, pilates, and ballet. Mick adds he likes to eat a healthy diet of whole grains, lean proteins and vegetables plus he takes herbal supplements and vitamins every day. He also says that drug and alcohol abuse is a thing of the past.

Mick has a beauty regimen as well. Mick says he has quite the collection of moisturizers, face creams, eye creams, face masks and he admitted to dying his hair, getting massages, plenty of rest and making friends with much younger people. Speaking of hanging with younger people, his wife, designer/model L'Wren Scott is 44.
