Minneapolis Police Breaking Up Protest at 4th Precinct This Morning
The City of Minneapolis has apparently decided that eighteen days was enough, and around 4 AM this morning began removing protesters from their encampment on the North side of the city. The protesters are demanding 'justice' for the shooting of Jamar Clark by police on November 15th.
Protesters are nearby watching the police remove tents, fire pits, and other items set up by protesters more than two weeks ago. The protest camp had also been blocking Plymouth Avenue, which is also being cleared this morning.
Protesters are saying that they will not leave the area.
Never a dull moment. Stay tuned.
