Minnesota, Look For Further Vaccine Mandates Now With FDA Approval
Hopefully, with the FDA approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, we will be able to get the vaccine rate up and kick this virus to the curb. It's expected to cause a spike in people seeking to get the vaccine. This is good news.
I would assume that FDA approval for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine as well as the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be happening shortly.
There have already been companies requiring that employees be vaccinated and now with the approval from the FDA, it's expected that many more will follow suit and require all employees to be vaccinated. The same may also happen for most school employees, health workers, etc.
I also wouldn't be a bit surprised to see cities enact mandates similar to those that New York City put out last week.
If you want to eat in a restaurant, go to the clubs, gym, movie theater, concerts or anywhere else where people congregate, you just might be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Also traveling by plane, bus or train, etc. may also be only available to the vaccinated.
I do feel sorry for those that have a legitimate reason for not getting the vaccine. Those that chose not to get vaccinated because of all the misinformation out there about the vaccine, I recommend you consult your doctor for advice on the vaccine. Listen to the science.
For those that are fully vaccinated, life can most likely return to some kind of normal. The last thing anyone wants is to have things locked down again.
