Matt Cullen lives and breathes hockey, so of course he's from Minnesota... I mean we are the state of hockey for a reason. Well it's been confirmed that the Minnesota Wild and Cullen have come up with a deal so that he can come home.

The now former Pittsburgh Penguins center has signed a one-year deal with the Wild and will play for the team this coming season, his 21st season in the NHL.

Cullen was born and raised in Virgina, Minnesota and played hockey in high school at Moorhead and then at St. Cloud State during his college years. This isn't Cullen's first rodeo with the Wild, he played with the team back in the 2010-11 season through the 2012-2013 season.
