Minnesota Will Have All Homeless Veterans Housed in 2016
FINALLY. Good news for homeless Veterans.
Minnesota state officials say that the state is on track to have all homeless veterans housed this year.
ALL. THIS YEAR.
As an added bonus, Cathy ten Broeke - Minnesota's director to prevent and end homelessness - says that Minnesota is on track to end chronic homelessness by the end of 2017.
ten Broeke credits "better targeting of existing resources, greater investments by the state of Minnesota, and other partners in this work."
Bottom line: AWESOME! And the subject of today's "Happy News Over Angry Music" story.
