You just have to wonder what the hell is wrong with some people. If this guy wanted to look at nude pictures of women, they are all over the internet. So why would this State Trooper take such a stupid chance.

Troope Kuehne denied the charge at first but later admitted to sending himself the photos. When contacted by 5 INVESTIGATES, Kuehne said  "I really don't have anything to say about it," and then hung up.

The investigation is ongoing and no charges have been filed, as of yet.

"The alleged conduct outlined in this complaint is reprehensible and inconsistent with the core values of the Minnesota State Patrol. We hold troopers to a high standard and will take appropriate action regarding this matter," stated State Patrol Colonel Matt Langer.

Minneapolis attorney, Bruce Rivers stated "For the officer to even be able to access her phone, even under a lawful arrest, he'd have to go get a search warrant to look in that phone".

It's certainly not a good time to be a cop and guys like this just make it worse on the rest of their fellow officers.
