Minnesota Cafe Says “NO” to ICE & Border Patrol Agents – Discrimination?
We are all aware of the ICE and Border Patrol Agent activity in Minnesota. And if you have been reading anything on social media you will see that some people are welcoming their presence and some people are condemning them. Not just how they are going about their immigration patrol, but also their very presence.

CHECK OUT WHAT A CAFE IN MINNEAPOLIS IS DOING RIGHT NOW
Whatever your opinion, that really doesn't matter in this particular situation of a cafe in Minneapolis. At first glance, when you hear what they are doing, it seems like an awesome thing. And it is, but then there is the other side which plays devil's advocate and you have to wonder.
Modern Times Cafe posted something on their Instagram page stating that they are going to a total volunteer and donation restaurant for the time being. They will not charge anyone to come and eat there. Their staff is working on a volunteer basis. The only payment that they will accept is a tip from a customer or any sort of donation that someone is willing to give. Sounds awesome, right?
IS THIS SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE COULD MAKE INTO AN ISSUE
But if we are going by the Constitution, when they say this is for ANYONE except for any ICE agent or border patrol agent, wouldn't that be considered a form of discrimination? I'm sure no one is going to push this issue, but it really could be discrimination.
Again, I don't know who would push this issue, but if someone really wanted to make a stink about it, they could.
