Motley Crue Release Final Single, ‘All Bad Things’

Motley Crue's march toward retirement continues with the release of what's being billed as the band's final single, 'All Bad Things.'

The song, which was premiered last summer during dates on the group's farewell tour, marks their first release since the 'Sex' single they released in 2012. Shortly after Motley Crue went on the road, tour presenter Dodge posted a brief snippet of the song's studio version, but the full-length recording has been kept under wraps until now.

Plans call for the band to debut the 'All Bad Things' video later today on 'The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon' Tumblr, which you can keep an eye on here; they'll also perform the song live on the show Jan. 22.

And that isn't the only place Motley will appear on TV this week. They also showed up on 'Fox and Friends' this morning, when they revealed the remaining 32 dates on their Final Tour, including details of the tour's much-rumored finale in Los Angeles. (We also expect them to discuss the long-gestating film version of their 'The Dirt' memoir, recently brought back to life at Focus Features.)

While we're waiting for the official version to surface online, you can purchase the MP3 or check out this studio demo of 'All Bad Things' below, and keep your fingers crossed that the radio response disproves Nikki Sixx's gloomy prognosis for airplay of new music from Motley Crue at this stage of their career. "If you’ve been around for more than 15 years, you’re classic rock, but classic rock radio doesn’t play new music," he pointed out last year. "You just think, ‘f---, man, this sucks.’"
