I know I’m preaching to the choir here when I say that Pink Floyd is one of the greatest bands of all time. Next to the mighty Tool, they’re my personal favorite. “Dark Side of the Moon” and “The Wall” were conceptually genius, and I’m firmly convinced that the “Wish You Were Here” album is one of the few musically flawless records ever conceived.

If you had the pleasure of ever having seen Pink Floyd actually play live, consider yourself very lucky. I would probably give a limb to be able to go back in time and attend one of their concerts. The band may be officially retired at this point, but that doesn’t mean that we can't go back and admire their recordings. Today dear reader, we're going to take a look at my top 10 Pink Floyd songs (in order.) Here we go -

10. Goodbye Blue Sky

9. Brain Damage/Eclipse

8. Comfortably Numb

7. Breathe

6. Echoes

5. Another Brick In The Wall

4. Us And Them

3. Hey You

2. Welcome To The Machine

1. Wish You Were Here

I know other die hard Floyd fans probably won't agree with this list, but hey, I like what I like. I'm firmly convinced that "Wish You Were Here" is their crowning achievement. I know most people will probably say "Comfortably Numb" but I can't help but to put a few of their other tunes above it.
