New Year’s Resolution-Let’s GO
It's that time again... let's make a New Year's Resolution. The most common one is losing weight.. .or getting healthy. One in the same, if you ask me. And yes, I am on that band wagon as well. I'd like to look better and be healthier. More on that in the next few weeks on the air... stay tuned. Hopefully I can achieve and maintain the goal that I've set.
One of the things that I've heard of people doing to at least kick off the healthy kick is to do a "dry January". That just basically means that you aren't going to drink any alcohol during the month of January. Ok... it's a start. But what about those "fluffy" coffees? Those high buck things that are just empty calories. That one might be a bit harder for me, quite honestly. They are a great pick-me-up in the mid afternoon. Now what am I going to do?
It's a new year... bigger and better things... only not any bigger, really.
