Scrolling through social media, i saw this post and it made me very sad.  Especially when I think in this area, Central Minnesota, loves their Mexican food.  Most people, when I ask what their favorite food is, will say Mexican.  Even authentic Mexican  So, when I saw this post, it did really make me sad.

What in the world??  And I certainly know where Andover is, but not exactly sure where NowThen is.  I know it's a small town near there, but I have never been there. Now, I think a lot of people will be seeking it out.

If you look at the comments on this post, you will see that it seems that the residents of Andover loved the food from this food truck, and wanted them to stay, but perhaps it was more of the City Council, and/or the people who approve the permits.

Although, it also looks like NowThen is definitely happy to be getting La Troquita Del Sur food truck in their town.  Lots of excited people planning to go there for lunch.  It's just a shame that the people who loved the food truck in Andover (and that seems like most of the town) are going to be missing out.  That is, unless they want to drive to take advantage of what everyone says is delicious.  I feel like I need to take a short little road trip too.

On the plus side, what the City of Andover has succeeded in doing, was to bring a lot of attention to the La Troquita Del Sur food truck which translates into more business for them. Good for them!
