As usual, we had our Tuesday talk with Kate from Tri County Humane Society about this week's adoptable pet. This week it's Rugby, a one year old cat that has quite the personality.

Meet Rugby. Rugby came in as a transfer so nothing much is known about him. This young man would benefit from plenty of enrichment toys and activities. A high quality diet is recommended to keep him healthy into the future.

Check out the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe for supplies! It is unknown whether he has met other cats, dogs or children~ A slow and proper introduction is recommended when introducing him to resident pets and kids. He is an independent guy who prefers attention on his own terms.

Doesn't seem to like to be picked up and held. Will do best in a home where his personal boundaries are respected and he is able to adjust to a new environment on his own terms. Enjoys wet food, which should be a regular part of a cat's diet. Scratching surfaces are recommended to keep his nails short between trims.

This guy cannot wait to meet you. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, micro-chipping, vaccinating, de-worming, any medical procedures and general care.

To military personnel, veterans and seniors-the fee would be waived ~~DEPOSITS MAY BE PLACED ON ADOPTABLE ANIMALS by calling 320-252-0896
