I love looking at old photos of kids with Santa.  It always seemed like the kids either looked kind of scared, or were crying.  Not sure why I find that amusing, but I do.  It doesn't seem to happen that often anymore, or people just don't show those.  Or maybe it's because the Santas don't look all that creepy anymore.

On the other hand, when you do get a great family photo with Santa - they do make great Christmas cards.  And those are the ones that people mostly prefer - pictures of their friends and family.  At least they are more likely to open and maybe even keep if they are photos.

SCHEDULE TYPE OF PHOTO

Crossroads Center in St. Cloud always has pictures with Santa - family pictures and pet pictures.  The pet pictures are usually on a certain schedule.  Right now, you can reserve your spot - pet pics and family pics.  Maybe a combination of both of them.  They also hae sensory Santa and an option of cookies and storytime with Santa.  You can check the schedule here.

EARLY RESERVATIONS DISCOUNT

Even though you can schedule your reservation now, the hours don't begin until later this month.  November 21st is the first day with Santa.  The hours do vary from day to day and also for which type of photos you would prefer.  It's best to make a reservation so that you can assure your preferred time.  Also- there is a special discount when you reserve a time rather than just doing a walk up.  The discount will not be honored if you just walk up.

Happy Holidays!
