Even famous people didn't escape Hurricane Irene unscathed. One singer lost his home and a ton of cool rock memorabilia due to flooding.

Former Skid Row lead singer Sebastian Bach has lost his home and most of the stuff in it due to flooding from Hurricane Irene.

He lives in New Jersey and took to his Facebook page to post photos of what his neighborhood looks like. He said that he was, "numb, in shock, and devastated." He had lived in that house for 21 years. Officials condemned it and posted a sign deeming it uninhabitable.

Bach goes on to say that there were some irreplaceable items in that house including: a KISS pinball machine and other KISS memorabilia, Skid Row master tapes, one of a kind Skid Row merch, items he collected from the road, and a library with every magazine that Skid Row graced the cover of.

Meanwhile, flooding remains the major concern up and down the East Coast as the death toll has now risen to 40, thousands are still homeless, roads are still impassible, and no one knows when the waters will recede enough to begin cleaning up.
