I realize it's been a pretty messed up year, for the most part. In an effort to accelerate faster through 2020, it seems many have taken to decorating for the holidays way too early.

You see, what you've done is confused Mother Nature.  She really doesn't appreciate trickery, after all that's her deal. Maybe, we can fool her again by putting out our lawn furniture and tie a kayak on top of our cars. Just an idea.

I have a Facebook friend who has already put up the Christmas tree and decorated it for Halloween. Next plan is to decorate it for Thanksgiving and then, of course, Christmas.

Anyway, we are expecting anywhere from 3 to 6 inches of snow today and temps in the low to mid 30's for the next couple of weeks. The thing with snow so early, means it will be around that much longer.

I'm always a little on edge in the winter months because I need to drive home to Fargo on the weekends. Icy roads are one of my lest favorite things. I've had more than a few "white knuckle" drives over the last few years and if I never have another, that would be just fine with me.

So, I have to blame something or someone for the early snow, so I blame the early holiday decorators.  You know who you are. Stop it!
