'Wish You Were Here' is the 9th studio album by Pink Floyd which was released in September 1975. It album explores and tributes Syd Barrett's decline mentally.
We started with 'Dark Side of the Moon' and to close out we finish with, Wish You Were Here' a great follow up. Storm's idea behind this blazing handshake defines Roger Waters unhappiness with the bands business side of things. The handshake s in the back of the Hollywood studio.
Considering the the cover shot, this image first appeared behind a black plastic wrap to make the statement of a cold grasp between two robot hands. It was definitely a time of paranoia.
