The third annual Strong (Her) women's empowerment event kicks off in Sartell this year on Saturday, April 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The goal is to focus on self-love and help women reach their full potential. The program hopes to educate women on how life can knock them off course with hardship, illness, and unexpected life events. It aims to teach women how to deal with trauma and reach their full potential.

Like in years past, guests will hear from guest speakers and have the opportunity to work in breakout sessions.

This year's guest speakers include; Heather Godfrey, Danielle Louis, and Mandi Moon. They'll cover a variety of topics including how to follow through on desires, how to get the tools to take goals to the next step, how to develop a deeper connection in relationships, and more.

According to the official Facebook event page, there will be three new surprises this year that the public won't want to miss out on. One of the new attractions this year include fire.

Food and beverages will be served during the conference and there will be the opportunity to network with other women from central Minnesota.

Tickets are on-sale now via Eventbrite and range from $99 to $1,000. The event is being held at 1227 Pinecone Road North in Sartell. If you have questions, you're asked to email Dana Deters at strongher2019@gmail.com.
