A recent incident in Carver County, Minnesota, highlighted the risks of impaired driving as law enforcement arrested a driver speeding at over 100 miles per hour with a blood alcohol level exceeding the legal limit.
That last portion that was paved back in the day was tinted gold to honor the achievement, but over the last few years that gold crumbled with the road, and we were left with normal black asphalt and concrete.
