Personally, I’ve always found wildlife to be fascinating. There’s something mystical about animals that I can’t quite put my finger on. Not to mention, some of them are outright adorable. I’m particularly attracted to felines.

They have a rather majestic nature and I find something numinous about their personalities. It’s a dream of mine to acquire either a Canadian Lynx or a Maine Coon cat as a pet. Not everyone is a cat person, and that’s totally fine. There are a countless number of species in the animal kingdom that are every bit as interesting as cats.

If you’re like me and enjoy watching wild little critters, you might want to check out the Minnesota Zoo’s Farm Babies event. From March 23rd through April 30th calves, goat kids, lambs, bunnies, chicks, ducklings and piglets will be on display at the Wells Fargo Family Farm.

This event provides guests with unique, up-close experiences that provide great photo opportunities. In addition to this annual event, the Minnesota Zoo may welcome bison calves, snow monkey babies and prairie dog babies in other areas of the zoo. You can also stroll along the Northern Trail to view tigers, gazelles, moose or brown bears at the Russia Grizzly Coast. Sounds like a fun time to me.
