The Wirth Center is hosting their annual Spring Gala showcase this weekend. The two-hour concert showcases over 150 performers showcasing their talents in dance and music. This years theme is Carnival so be prepared for a fun evening. The show will be held in the Sauk Rapids-Rice high school auditorium Saturday night starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the show are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
Experience different cultures right here in St. Cloud tomorrow (Friday) night. St. Cloud Apollo is hosting their 2017 Culture Show in the school auditorium. A culture gallery will be open for viewing starting at 5:00 p.m. the main show begins at 5:45 p.m. followed by a potluck featuring different cultural foods. Tickets for this show are $8 for adults and $5 for students. All are welcomed.
Grammy Award winner Rosanne Cash will be making a stop in St. Cloud this weekend. Cash has 11 #1 hits throughout her career and is even an author of a best-selling memoir Composed. Cash will be taken stage at the Paramount Theatre both Saturday and Sunday and tickets are still available but going fast. Tickets for the show are range between $26-$38. Showtimes are at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 3:00 p.m. Sunday.
The Tenth Annual Youth Sing Out takes place at St. Cloud State University this weekend. The concert features over 200 18 and under singers from Central Minnesota's three premiere youth choirs including the Youth Chorale of Central Minnesota, Cantabile Girls’ Choir, and The St. John’s Boys’ Choir. Tickets for the show are $12 for adults and $7 for seniors and students. The performance takes place at 7:00 p.m. Sunday inside Stewart Hall.
The Veranda Variety Hour is here again for the last time this season! This show brings late night comedy and music to a new high, in the classic Variety Hour sketch comedy way. The show features new cast members and a few special guest performing live music, sketch comedy, dance and more! Tickets for this show are just $5 and there is no reservations needed! The laughs start at 10:30 p.m. both Friday and Saturday night.
