Today In Classic Rock News 7.25.16
Every day, we take a look at what's happening in Classic Rock News.
Check out the headlines here!
- Yes will be re-issuing their 1973 Tales From Topographic Oceans in an extended version coming up on September 26th.
- The Allman Brothers Band could be re-uniting coming up next year. The band called it quits after 45 years in October 2014.
- Joe Perry has returned to the Hollywood Vampires after missing nearly two weeks worth of shows due to a combination of dehydration and exhaustion.
- Lawrence Gowan, the bassist of Styx, says the band are working on a new album. No word on a release date.
Considering most of the music news today is in relation to NEW music coming out rather than my favorite artists keeling over, I will deem today a good day in Classic Rock News.
I can tell you my mom will be excited about the new Yes re-release. She's a die-hard Yes fan. (And it has cross-faded into my life, as well.)
