WATCH: It’s So Cold…Chicago Sets Train Tracks On Fire

As you know, Minnesota is not the only state dealing with this insane cold weather. It's so cold in Chicago...how cold is it?...it's so cold the city had to set the train tracks ON FIRE to clear off all the snow and ice so the trains could run. What's strange is watching the trains roll over the flames.
