What America’s Businesses Can Learn from Raising Canes!
For many of us, we work jobs that require us to wear a lot of hats or at least have the flexibility to be able to do a few different things during our time at work.

One of the reasons for that is that a lot of companies are trying to offer a number of different things to bolster the bottom line. I heard someone say once this was the only way for a company to have staying power.
And most companies still take that approach. But I came across a story about a company that offers only a few things, but their business seems to be doing quite well. I’m talking about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers.
The restaurant chain only has five things on the menu; chicken tenders of course, slaw, crinkle cut fries, toast and drinks. That’s it. They don’t dabble in burgers, salads or any of the numerous other items most restaurants offer.
They have found their lane, and they stick to it.
What does this have to do with other businesses in America? How many companies have spent time and money to expand what they offer to only see the prosperity of the company suffer?
The lesson here doesn’t apply to everyone, but for a lot of companies out there, find that thing you do so well, and do that.
Raising Cane's Chicken Tenders has over 700 locations around the country and even in the Middle East according to an online search. The company just opened a second location in Michigan earlier this week and people were standing in line in the early morning hours to be there for the official grand opening.
Normally when you drive by the St. Cloud location, the drive-thru is jammed, which is an indication of how good they are at finding their lane and driving in it like there is no tomorrow.
