It seems that many drivers somehow forget how to drive in Winter conditions over the Summer and Fall. Perhaps, all that sunshine baked their brains and completely wiped out any memory of how to navigate on icy or snow covered roads and streets.

The number one thing I notice is 4 wheel drive, usually pickups, that think they can go much faster than everyone else. 4 wheel drive does not mean 4 wheel stop. Then there's the person who failed to defrost their windshield and are navigating through a small hole about the size credit card.

And what about the people that don't clean the snow off their car and it flies all over as they drive, obstructing your vision. Then, of course, tailgaters can be annoying. Leave yourself space, in case you have to stop suddenly.
