What’s new in the Theaters This Week? (trailers)

As usual, Up and Slightly Adam stopped by the Loon studio this morning to fill us in on the new movie releases for this weekend. He even brought donuts this morning.  good boy!

First up, is a movie called "Colette".  Colette is married to a famous author in London. He is 14 years her senior and has Colette ghost write novels for him.  Her first 4 very successful novels were all published listing her husband, Willy, as the author. When she wants to write her own novels, discourse ensues and Willy locks Colette in a room until she supplies the pages he wants. Looks like a pretty good Movie.  Trailer below

Next up is "First Man" is kind of a bio pic about astronaut Neil Armstrong. It covers the life of Armstrong and his NASA days. Trailer below

Finally, I've saved the best for last, my pick for the weekend. "Bad Times at the El Royale" with a stellar cast including, Jeff Bridges, Dakota Johnson, Chris Helmsworth, Jon Hamm and more.  Seven strangers, seven secrets. Takes place in the El Royale Hotel that is right on the state line between California and Nevada. Critics say the performances in this film are excellent.  Trailer below
