Greg Kihn's 13th-annual annual Kihncert will feature Bret Michaels as a headliner. The one-day music festival, founded more than a decade ago by Kihn, has become a classic-rock tradition that has included artists like KansasLynyrd SkynyrdREO SpeedwagonBoston and the Who in the past.

This year's event (which is produced by the students of ARTTEC) will take place between noon and 11 p.m. on Oct. 12 in Morgan Hill, Calif. (just south of San Jose), where, in addition to the Poison frontman, the Greg Kihn Band, the Tubes, Dada and others are scheduled to perform. Dozens of food trucks and art vendors will also be on hand for the festivities.

Tickets are already on sale, and the prices are crazy cheap: $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Check out the Kihncert site for the full concert lineup, FAQs and other event details.
