New Classic Rock Releases For January 2014 – The Doors [VIDEO]

There's always a beginning and that's what we'll find with the new release of The Doors, 'R-Evolution'

The career as it began and continued to grow into a legend. The title of the new release says it all 'R-Evolution', a look at the band as they evolved through a documentary through TV and film appearances. Much of which unreleased.

It begins in 1966 where the band was in a training film for the Ford Motor Company, oddly enough. You'll get live performances from their days on American Bandstand and The Smothers Brothers Comedy hour.

You also get live concert footage and music video where the band had control of the moment versus what the TV networks wanted.

Look for it on DVD, Blu-Ray and digital formats January 21st, 2014.
