Aerosmith’s New Album Nearly Complete

Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton reveals in a new video that they have laid down 13 bass and drum tracks and the guitar tracks are in the final stages of over-dubs. They've been working on the new tunes since July.

At the end of next month,they'll tour South America and Japan, but he says rehearsals are a must before that happens. Now all that they're waiting for is Steven Tyler to being his vocals to the studio and the effort will be complete.

The plan is to release it in May. Aerosmith's last album of original material was 2001's Just Push Play.
