Viking receiver Percy Harvin missed practice Thursday after being limited in practice on Wednesday. This appears to be a setback in his return from a left ankle sprain. Harvin has missed the last 2 games with a sprained left ankle.

The Twins have traded centerfielder Denard Span to the Washington Nationals for minor league righthanded pitcher Alex Meyer. Meyer is a 22-year old who was drafted 23rd overall in the 2011 draft.

Bears Rout Vikings 28-10
The Vikings scored the first points of the game but lose 28-10 Sunday in Chicago. Minnesota trailed 25-3 at halftime and couldn't catch up in the 2nd half. Jay Cutler coming back from a concussion threw for 188 yards and 1 touchdown with 1 interception for the Bears. Michael Bush ran for 60 yards and 2 touchdowns for the Bears.

The Vikings face a big test Sunday as they play the Bears in Chicago at noon, pregame on WJON at 11am. Minnesota is coming off their bye week.
