It was their first appearance at the state tourney since 2009, and the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders fought back from a 3-1 deficit to advance into the semi-finals tomorrow (Friday).

The come-from-behind 4-3 win over Totino-Grace was powered by 2 goals from Matt Fritz, one during a power-play from Leo Lommel to tie the game and, an overtime goal from Erik Gabdois sealed the deal.

The Crusaders now advance to the State Semi-Finals this Friday at 1pm, where they will take on East Grand Forks. You can listen to the game on 1390 The Fan and stream it online with your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone at 1390thefan.com
