This may (or may not) be a thinly veiled attempt to knock his daughter Stephanie out of the headlines, but, Jon Bon Jovi and the guys have announced that they will be hitting the road in the spring of 2013.

The tour in support of their new album called What About Now will include 27 stops from sea to shining sea and this tour will be making a stop in St. Paul.

The tour kicks off not in New Jersey, but in Uncasville, Connecticut on February 9th and it's actually a two night stand before they head off for parts unknown as they've only announced a handful of dates so far. The show does wrap up in their native New Jersey later next year.

I'm a tad excited about it, but my first thought was, "Hmmm. I wonder if tickets will be off the deep end?" Nope. Bon Jovi says that they understand that a lot of people are going through some tight times right now and are being choosy with their disposable income so the group will be keeping ticket prices down to allow access for everyone, not just those that can afford $300 for nose bleed seats. (ARE YOU LISTENING ROLLING STONES?) Tickets for Bon Jovi's tour will be held to a very budget friendly $19.50 plus surcharges, taxes and fees where applicable, so expect to pay right around $30 on the low end.

Start saving your pennies. Bon Jovi's Because We Can 2013 Tour stops at the Xcel Energy Center April 7.
